We provide risk management solutions and web-based platforms for corporations, insurers, brokers, governmental agencies, industry bodies, cooperatives and agribusiness companies to offer smart and cost-effective products to clients

The Consulting team

The consulting team manages the Technical Assistance Facility (TAF) of the InsuResilience Investment Fund (IIF). IIF is managed by BlueOrchard Impact (BO) finance, member of Schroeder's group, with whom CelsiusPro collaborates closely with. As the TAF Manager we facilitate access to the technical assistance funds made available to IIF investees. The projects funded by the TAF are aimed at increasing the financial resilience of lowincome populations by increasing the uptake of climate insurance. We are now looking to recruit an additional Insurance Consultant (IIF) to strengthen our team.

Your tasks are :

• Key Client management: InsuResilience Investment Fund (IIF) & BO

• representing TAF in quarterly IIF Bord meetings

• defining IIF TAF budget, strategy, and smooth execution

• leading yearly review with IIF TAF committee on IIF TAF annual performance and outlook

• reporting: quarterly and annual IIF reports, ad hoc and other impact reporting

• overseeing adherence to the IIF policies and procedures and will update them on regular basis

• overseeing the IIIF account management of the team members and the pipeline

• leading pre-investment due diligence of IIF prospect investees across Africa, LatAm and Asia

• you will represent IIF at conferences (inclusive/impact/climate/agriculture insurance, disaster relief) and will aim to secure a speaking slot

You have:

• insurance experience/exposure (preference for inclusive insurance, climate insurance, parametric insurance solutions) or a strong financial industry background

• an understanding of micro-insurance & finance ecosystem and financial inclusion topics

• Experience managing complex operational procedures and guidelines

• experience in LatAm, African and Asian markets (great advantage)

• The ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with diverging priorities

• you speak English. French and/or Spanish is of great advantage.

You are a team player with strong analytical and inter-personal skills. You are curious and bring passion and innovation to consulting. You are solution and results oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a structured and timely manner.

Candidates must have Swiss or EU citizenship or Swiss work permit.
